- I'm a 4th year student at Newman University College studying Teacher training with Art. For my placement I spent 3 months in an international school in Pisa, Italy. This was a strong theme in my last years work and will contine during this year.

Although this blog is mainly for my gallery visits I wanted to share a few pieces that have inspired me to begin this years work. These images have provided me with a starting point for this years work.
This year I intend to follow a carnival theme. This is because whilst in Pisa I had the opportunity to visit one of the biggest carnivals in Italy. This experience inspired me as I loved the bright colours and shapes created.
